Now the Brewers and Phillies are tied for the NL Wild Card. Dale Sveum will take over for the rest of the season as interim manager. Doug Melvin of the Brewers said " This decision was very tough". "But it puts us in the best position for the last two weeks". </div><br /><br /><div id="ms__id2440">The Brewers were 20-7 in August. They were riding high into September. 6 games ahead in the NL Wild Card. Now they lost 11 of 14 games. They are currently TIED for the Wild Card. The news was announced Saturday evening. I believe this is the wrong thing to do. It is like adding two home games to the Chicago Cubs schedule. The funny part is the Astros are the offical home team. Even though Chicago is 90 miles south of Milwaukee. If I was Bud Selig I would move the games to the Astros Triple A Complex. Being a Charter Customer and a Wisconsin Badgers fan this great. Why do I say this great, it is great because I will receive every out of market Badgers game.
